The challenge we would like you to solve in this role:

There is an enormous opportunity in the market. Many companies would benefit tremendously from improving the way they run their people management. One out of three companies is planning to change their performance management in the next 3 years and the application Performance Management Market is expected to grow from $2.72 billion in 2014 to $4.98 billion by 2019. We need people like you who are motivated to sell as well as coach and mentor a Sales Team in North America. We are especially expanding rapidly in the United States and Europe.

S/he is an experienced, caring player-coach sales executive and excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, s/he will lead the effort in our Enterprise Segment (Organizations >2000 employees.  Additionally, s/he will play a critical mentoring role within the Sales Team based in the US Northeast to coach this unit and create an environment to succeed. This role is also intended to evolve to a VP position, subject to performance. 

Your team’s challenge:

The team you’ll be joining currently comprises talented Sales Development Reps, Inside Sales Reps and Account Executives. This team is currently tasked with rapidly growing our North American client base, primarily in the Mid and Upper mid-market Segments. Your role will be to coach the current team while building on our success in the enterprise segment.

 

What we expect you to know and do from day one:

  • Identify, engage and establish Impraise presence in the US Enterprise Segment
  • Coach, mentor and lead a team of SDR/BDRs, ISRs and AEs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
  • Establish performance metrics and create a high-performance work-culture 
  • Be the go-to Sales Leader in North America and set the standard in the office by helping create a fun, empathetic environment where people love coming to work
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership to ensure success of marketing campaigns
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure for all Sales related roles

 


 

 

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales management experience, Inside Sales strongly preferred
  • Experience developing goals, KPI’s and metrics for inbound and outbound SDR/BDR teams
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader and mentor
  • Strong CRM and experience with SDR/BDR productivity tools
  • Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies
  • Experience selling into the mid-market and enterprise

“Day in the Life”

On any given day the ESR/Sales Leader-Coach will be executing his/her actions to establish Impraise presence in the Enterprise market as well as collaborate with his/her team members to provide side-by-side coaching. As such, you will act as an “extension” of the Chief Revenue Officer when he is not in the office.
